CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a... Sugar, is a cancer-feeder.
By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like Nutrasweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts.

b... Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in colour. Better alternative is Bragg's aminos or sea salt. (THE WEST MADE US 2 CHANGE FROM SEA 2 WHITE IODISED SALT).

c... Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro- intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soya milk cancer cells are being starved.

d... Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.

e... A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. nzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

f... Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water- best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

g... Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic build-up.

h... Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

Aspartame was tested on mice that was gennetically breeded with plenty of cancer cells. Aspartame did not effect the cancer in any way. The harmfull chemical released into your body by aspartame is Ethanol. But it was also medically proven that your body gets more ethanol from chicken than from aspartame.

Morning Monica

Thanks for the above - i am a supporter and am looking at what not to eat - i am going to be very thin cos i love all the above but need to get into the proper mind set and then just to add insult to injury i am also a smoker - just shows how you can get into this bad eating pattern. I have a website for a product called juiceplus which i will find and forward to you soonest - my friend Jill is starting to launch it in South Africa - it is fantastic and sometimes when you are really having a bad day and KNOW that you need fruit and veg but just dont have the energy to do anything about juiceplus is the ultimate answer so will get back to you in a bit and you can also contact Jill if you like to find out more.

I am told by Magzd that this is your website - WOW what a great thing you are doing.

Thanks and chat soon

Stephanie

Hello Monica

Found it - it is : www.ronchesejuiceplus.com. I have also written to Jill and suggested that she join Breast Buddies then the two of you can liaise directly - she obviously knows more about juiceplus than me.

I am a firm believer in poking my nose in good places and I also feel if i think i know something and dont share that is bad - so enjoy.

Thanks again
Stephanie
