Last night MNet showed a movie called Living proof about Dr Dennis Slamon who created the miracle Herceptin for us Her2 ladies. It will be on again on Friday morning at 3 o'clock - so set your videos for that time. Quite interesting how he had to fight certain people to carry on his work and Revlon helped to fund his project. At least we got to see the history about how it all began and how he fought the good fight for us.

Hi, yes we watched that movie, the next day went for my lumpectomy, & needless to say was in tears more than once. I am so grateful for this wonderful doctor, thanks to him i didn't have to go through a masectomy, altough i believe the Power of God was on my side all the time.
